Legal Information
Clear policies, honest terms, and responsible service. Please review our terms of service, privacy policy, academic ethics standards, and disclaimer below.
Terms of Service
By engaging Corvexum’s services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Our goal is to keep the process clear, fair, and transparent for both sides.
1. Payment & Deposit Policy
We understand that research budgets vary. Therefore, we do not always require an upfront deposit. Payment terms are flexible and depend on:
- The type, complexity, and scope of the project
- The client’s institutional affiliation and verification, where relevant
- Mutual agreement during the consultation stage
1. Scope and terms are agreed → 2. Work is completed → 3. Preview or confirmation is sent → 4. Client reviews and approves → 5. Payment is made → 6. Final files are delivered.
This workflow helps protect clients and ensures that payment is made only after the agreed work has been reviewed and confirmed.
2. Revisions & Deliverables
- Minor revisions are generally included within 14 days after delivery.
- Major scope changes may require additional discussion and adjustment of pricing.
- Final deliverables are provided in agreed formats, such as PDF, DOCX, SPV, QDP, or project files where applicable.
3. Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines are provided during consultation. While we aim to meet every deadline, complex projects may require adjustments due to data quality, scope changes, or client feedback cycles. Any expected delay will be communicated as early as possible.
Privacy Policy
Your trust is essential. Corvexum is committed to protecting client confidentiality and handling all project information responsibly.
Client data — including personal information, research data, documents, and communications — will not be sold, publicly shared, or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
1. How We Protect Your Data
- Access control: Project files are accessed only by the assigned admin or consultant.
- Secure handling: Sensitive files are shared through controlled channels where possible.
- Confidential workflow: Your project is not used for public marketing without your permission.
- Data retention: Files may be archived for a reasonable period after completion, then removed unless extended storage is requested.
2. Communications
We may use your email or WhatsApp to provide project updates, send deliverables, request clarification, or respond to inquiries. We do not send unnecessary spam or unsolicited marketing messages.
Academic Ethics Policy
Corvexum supports ethical academic work. We provide consulting, technical support, and methodological assistance, while encouraging clients to understand their research process and results.
We do not support data fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, deceptive submission, or any form of academic misconduct. We reserve the right to decline or stop work that violates ethical standards.
1. Responsible Assistance
- Our services are intended to support analysis, writing clarity, methodology, and publication readiness.
- Clients remain responsible for the intellectual content and final submission of their work.
- We encourage clients to review their institution’s rules before using external assistance.
2. Responsible Use of AI
