By engaging Corvexum’s services, you agree to the following terms:

💰 Payment & Deposit Policy

We understand that research budgets vary. Therefore, we do not always require an upfront deposit (DP). Payment terms are flexible and depend on:

The type and scope of the project
The client’s institutional affiliation and verification
Mutual agreement during consultation

Our Standard Workflow:

1. We complete the agreed work → 2. Our admin sends confirmation (photo/video preview of results) → 3. You review and approve → 4. You make full payment → 5. We deliver the final files.

This “pay-after-preview” approach ensures transparency and builds trust. You only pay once you’re satisfied that the work meets expectations.

🔄 Revisions & Deliverables

Free revisions are included within 14 days of delivery for minor adjustments
Major scope changes may require additional fees, discussed and agreed upon beforehand
Final deliverables are provided in agreed formats (e.g., .SPV, .QDP, .SHP, .DOCX, .PDF)

⏱️ Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines are provided during consultation. While we strive to meet deadlines, complex projects may require extensions due to data complexity or client feedback cycles. We communicate proactively about any delays.

Privacy Policy

Secure transfer: Files are shared via encrypted channels (password-protected ZIP, secure cloud links)
Data retention: Project files are archived for 12 months post-completion, then securely deleted unless you request extended storage

📧 Communications

We may use your email or WhatsApp to: (1) provide project updates, (2) share deliverables, (3) request clarifications. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

🌍 International Clients

While we are based in Indonesia, we serve clients globally. By working with us, you consent to your data being processed in Indonesia under applicable local regulations, with the same privacy protections outlined above.

Academic Ethics Policy

Corvexum is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity. We believe in empowering researchers, not enabling misconduct.

🤖 Responsible AI Usage

While we leverage technology to enhance efficiency, AI-generated content is minimized and always reviewed by human experts. We do not submit AI-written manuscripts as original work. Clients are informed when AI tools are used for tasks like grammar checking or preliminary coding.

🎓 Client Education & Briefing

We believe you should understand your own research. Therefore:

Pre-project briefing: We explain the methodology, tools, and steps we’ll use
Process transparency: You receive updates and can ask questions at any stage
Knowledge transfer: We provide brief “lessons” or documentation so you can replicate or explain the analysis
Empowerment focus: Our goal is to build your capacity, not create dependency

📚 Alignment with Institutional Guidelines

We encourage clients to review their university’s ethics policies before engaging our services. If your institution requires specific documentation (e.g., consultant disclosure), we’re happy to provide supporting letters or templates.
